Henk Volberda is professor of Strategic Management and Innovation at the Amsterdam Business School and director of the Amsterdam Centre for Business Innovation. His areas of expertise include: hyper-competition, technological disruption, new business models, strategic flexibility, management innovation and new forms of organisation.

Astrid Homan is professor of Organizational Psychology and focuses on how various groups can perform effectively and collaborate. Her focus hereby is on the way in which leadership and beliefs about diversity can influence group processes and hierarchy in organisations.

Frank Belschak is professor of Leadership and Change. His research focuses on leadership and its influence on employee attitudes, motivation and behaviour. He has investigated particularly the influence of ‘dark side’ characteristics such as Machiavellianism or narcissism in leader – employee interactions.
