Following the programmes assessment conducted in November 2009, the NVAO (Accreditation Organisation of the Netherlands and Flanders) has granted accreditation to the economics programmes of universities in the Netherlands. All economics programmes have been reaccredited, successfully concluding a two-year long process.
The directors of the Graduate Schools and the head of the Educational Institute wish to thank everyone for drafting their self-evaluations and for their efforts during the assessment committee's visit to the faculty.

The visitation committee has written a state-of-the-art report containing their general evaluation of economics programmes at Dutch universities. This report and the assessment report can be viewed at the link below. The State of the Art report is available in Dutch only.
