Prof. Claes de Vreese
‘Communication is central in all aspects of public life. Political parties, NGOs, public administrators; they are all part of a world in which the media and communication play crucial roles. Students of the Political Communication track are trained in the role of media in politics, the role of journalists and news organisations, and the effects the media have on public opinion. Students work actively with the faculty in this track and they work on projects with many external partners.’
