In this minor you focus on how companies can get competitive benefits from designing effective organisations based on thorough knowledge about motivating people, using ICT applications and developing efficient business processes. The minor also provides insight into current and expected developments within the theoretical and practical analysis of these core areas within business administration. You are encouraged to make research-based connections between the theory and practice of designing effective organisations.
What will you learn in this minor?
The minors is of interest for all students who aspire to fulfil policy- or management positions within business (banks and companies) or the government. A minor in Business Administration provides you with a good basis to be able to think about these types of issues and to work with the professionals in this field. After the completion of this minor you will be able to operate in local, national and international companies.
This minor does not provide admission to the Master’s programme in Business Administration.
The minor contains of 30 EC and can be completed in one semester. For 2020-2021 the programme includes the five compulsory courses of 6 EC each.

Please note that your can only apply for one minor at the Faculty of Economics and Business. All other applications at our Faculty will not be taken into consideration.
